How Sparkling Ice Revved Up Their Summer Swag

Sparkling ICE, the popular flavored water brand from Talking Rain, needed highly customized summer-themed promotional merchandise to amplify its "What the Flavor?" sweepstakes and field events. To create distinctive pieces like a toucan-shaped pool float and pineapple sunglasses while managing overseas production and event logistics, Sparkling ICE partnered with Kotis Design for importing, custom product design, and fulfillment support.

Kotis Design converted Sparkling ICE’s artwork into production-ready custom items, leveraged its factory-direct network to manufacture in China, and used its Ohio facility and inventory management platform to distribute swag to events as needed. The campaign produced measurable results—entries climbed to over 403,000 versus 251,000 the previous year—and Talking Rain reported a direct boost in social engagement, while Kotis Design’s approach delivered cost savings and reliable event fulfillment despite longer lead times.
