MongoDB needed sustainable, on-brand swag for the 2019 Grace Hopper Conference and turned to Kotis Design to help. Kotis Design provided branding and fulfillment services to create an eco-friendly giveaway that reflected MongoDB’s values and HR focus on growth.

Kotis Design produced the "Grace Hopper Seed Wish Kit"—a branded leaf packet with real seeds and instructions for attendees to write goals, plant the leaf, and watch their goals grow. Kotis Design’s kits were distributed by MongoDB’s team of seven women, with hundreds of seed packets handed out at the event, sparking personal growth and reinforcing MongoDB’s commitment to sustainability.
