McCoy Motorsports, a performance parts and accessories retailer, came to Kosmos Central after a prior web provider failed to deliver a customized ecommerce solution, causing missed orders, poor software and weak support. Kosmos Central was engaged to rebuild the site and systems, using custom web services to integrate the retail management system (RMS) with the ecommerce shopping cart and to develop tailored cart functionality and membership levels for dealers and retail customers.

Kosmos Central implemented a single-site solution that links the in-house RMS to the online store, provides separate dealer/customer pricing via membership logins, and included a visual refresh and marketing plan. The result: McCoy Motorsports now records roughly 27,000 unique visitors and over 5,000,000 monthly hits, with a sharp increase in sales, measurable ROI and time savings, restoring the brand and enabling business goals previously unattainable.
