Kortical implemented a ChatGPT-like chatbot trained on Innovator International’s website content and PDF knowledge base using RAG, with custom FAQ responses added for gaps. The chatbot was deployed quickly on the website, offered multilingual 24/7 support, and sent conversation summaries to the team when it could not answer a query.
