Case Study: Camping World achieves hourly data synchronization and consolidated SQL reporting with Kore Technologies' Kourier Integrator and SQL Accelerator

Kore Technologies Provides IBM U2-SQL Data Integration

Camping World, a national RV dealer network running IDS on the IBM U2 platform, faced slow, manual consolidation of store data—sometimes taking up to 25 days—to produce management and lender reports. To move reporting and analysis to a Microsoft SQL Server platform, Camping World engaged Kore Technologies and its Kourier Integrator and SQL Accelerator solutions to extract and migrate U2 transactional data.

Kore Technologies configured the system rapidly (57 accounts in three days) and implemented net-change hourly extractions so the data warehouse is only one hour behind field operations. Nightly full refreshes move about 1.5 GB of a 90 GB database; hourly deltas extract in roughly one minute and write in 30 seconds, while full refreshes take ~10 minutes to extract and ~10 minutes to load—dramatically cutting reporting latency, improving data quality, and enabling timely management reporting. Kore Technologies also provided ongoing support and consulting to normalize data and deliver enhancements.
