Soprole, a Chilean dairy producer of yogurt, milk, desserts, jelly and butter, faced operational challenges in its main distribution centers—receiving product from two plants and distributing nationwide—suffering from lack of traceability, return control issues and low service levels. The solution delivered highly efficient inventory management, total storage-capacity visibility, higher operator productivity, improved operational efficiency, streamlined reporting and KPIs for decision making, and flexibility to add future automations (VoicePick, robots).
