RAJA, the No.1 European supplier of packaging, warehouse and office supplies, faced a surge in complexity after more than 30,000 new SKUs were added, with items of widely varying sizes (including very small products) and insufficient storage space. To tackle these challenges, RAJA engaged Körber AG and its voice and automation solutions to modernize warehouse operations.

Körber AG implemented Voice/Directed Warehouse Operations including the VoiceMan AGV to automate Fenwick forklifts, a voice solution with virtual Put‑to‑Light directly integrated to Reflex WMS, and a complete Zebra hardware stack (VC80x, RS6000 ring scanner, QLN420 mobile printer). The deployment increased storage capacity (adding room for 10,000 additional references), simplified picking for operators and improved overall productivity.
