Peet's Coffee, a rapidly growing specialty coffee company with roughly 250 coffee bars and a distribution network spanning about 700 routes, needed more robust, scalable direct-store-delivery (DSD) capabilities to support expansion and replace error-prone manual processes. Körber AG upgraded Peet’s to the K.Motion OmniTech-enabled DSD solution, deployable on modern Android handhelds, delivered a pilot in three months and completed a full rollout across all ~700 routes within 12 months, while training about 800 users.
