Körber AG implemented a complete warehouse system including rack systems, stacker cranes, a manual pallet warehouse, a container conveyor connecting miniload and picking, vertical heat accumulation sheets, Visualization WinCC, a material flow computer, and warehouse management software. The Körber AG solution delivered immediate, measurable results: throughput rose to 150 containers per hour, the group recorded an 11% sales increase and a 5.5% rise in employees, and processes are now controlled via a uniform IT infrastructure.
