Case Study: Conn's HomePlus boosts inventory turn and gains real-time visibility with Körber AG's K.Sight Pulse

A Körber AG Case Study

Preview of the Conn's HomePlus Case Study

Optimize inventory with Körber’s supply chain intelligence tool

Conn’s HomePlus, a Texas-based retailer with 117 stores and an expanded network of 167 sites, needed deeper visibility and actionable data to improve inventory turn and holding costs. Although Conn’s had already replaced its homegrown WMS with Körber AG’s K.Motion Warehouse Advantage for the Cloud, the business sought richer, site-level reporting across stores, cross-docks and regional warehouses to pinpoint inventory discrepancies and drive faster, more accurate replenishment.

Körber AG implemented K.Sight Pulse (built on the Körber One platform) as a plug-and-play analytics layer integrated with K.Motion Warehouse Advantage, delivering real-time dashboards and more than 30 KPIs plus custom metrics developed by Conn’s. K.Sight Pulse exposed measurable signals—total inventory dollars, damaged/open inventory, “recon” dollars (ERP vs. WMS discrepancies) and month-to-date inventory adjustments—so teams can drill down by market and site. The result: Conn’s is empowered to identify process failures, make faster decisions, improve inventory control and increase inventory turn, with plans to add productivity metrics for further gains.
