Luís Simões, the largest Iberian logistics operator based in Guadalajara, Spain, faced rising operating costs and the need to boost productivity for high-speed e‑commerce operations. To reduce error rates, increase picking efficiency, and manage a new larger logistics complex, Luís Simões engaged Körber AG to deliver a turnkey WMS and automated warehouse solution.

Körber AG implemented a complete turnkey automated warehouse including a rack-clad building, free‑standing racking, automatic fire detection and extinguishing systems, WMS/MFC, SCADA and Voice Picking software.
