To standardize pallet builds, automate cubing from its SAP WM and improve productivity and accuracy, Crown engaged Körber AG to deliver a voice‑directed pallet build solution.

Körber AG implemented a voice‑directed pallet‑build system—integrating voice/WES functionality, Cubiscan volumetric capture for master data, and K.Sight Data Analysis—to guide operators, auto‑cube loads and optimize pick routes. The pilot exceeded its 12% target, delivering more than 22% productivity improvement, significant accuracy gains, faster onboarding of staff, reduced damage from weight‑sensitive stacking and better operational visibility, making spikes easier to manage.
