Körber implement Voice at Nisa and boost operations

Nisa, a member‑owned organisation supporting over 3,000 independent retail stores, faced the challenge of maximising picking accuracy and efficiency across multiple DHL‑operated depots handling around two million cases per week. To address this, Körber AG supported Nisa’s rollout of voice‑directed picking technology (Honeywell Vocollect devices and integration with WCS/WMS and K.Sight analytics), working alongside Voiteq and DHL to select and implement the right voice hardware and software.

Körber AG implemented Honeywell Vocollect voice solutions (T2/T5 and later A730 devices with scanners and SRX‑2 headsets), integrated into Nisa’s warehouse systems and managed via K.Sight. The result was a rapid uplift in performance: gross accuracy reached 99.96%, error rates fell by nearly 14%, operators gained about 1.5 extra cases per hour in the high‑value zone (roughly 10 work hours saved per week), and customer satisfaction and operational visibility significantly improved.
