JYSK, a furniture and household goods retailer in Bozhurishte, Bulgaria, needed to link different warehouse sites and floor levels while handling pallets of varying dimensions and connecting two separate warehouses. To address these challenges, Körber AG worked with JYSK to deploy a warehouse management solution including SAP EWM, SAP EWM MFS, and an extendable rail-guided vehicle (RGV).

Körber AG implemented two high-bay warehouses connected by the extendable RGV and integrated with the WMS/SAP EWM stack, creating continuous operations across floors and sites. As a result, JYSK has reduced delivery times and distribution costs and improved customer service for customers in Bulgaria, Romania and the Western Balkan area.
