JTC Corporation’s JTC Food Hub in Singapore needed a multi-tenant interfloor pallet conveying solution to let multiple food manufacturers move pallets safely and efficiently between floors. Körber AG was engaged to supply the interfloor conveying equipment and related pallet-handling systems to meet the hub’s cold room and warehouse requirements.

Körber AG installed 10 interfloor pallet lifters spanning seven floors with a hoisting height close to 40 m, together with an elaborate pallet conveyor network, rapid doors and fire shutter doors. The Körber AG system enables pallet-jack, forklift and AGV interfaces, automatic transfers of raw and ready-to-eat products between floors, and energy-saving door features—providing measurable capacity across seven floors with 10 lifts and improving operational throughput and multi-tenant productivity.
