Fox Racing - Customer Case Study

Fox Racing, the international motocross and lifestyle apparel brand, was struggling to keep pace with rapid growth (35,000+ SKUs), highly fluctuating order volumes and an outdated paper/RF picking environment that limited same‑day shipping, staffing planning and drove high hardware and training costs. To modernize its distribution operations and support ecommerce and retail channels, Fox Racing chose Körber AG to deploy a new WMS and voice-directed working (voice picking).

Körber AG implemented hands‑free voice-directed workflows, dynamic slotting and WMS-driven cycle‑count scheduling across Fox Racing’s U.S. distribution centers. The solution delivered rapid accuracy and productivity gains, eliminated much RF scanning, reduced training time from about 12 hours to 1.5 hours, cut scheduled cycle‑counts to under 10% of the normal 90‑day cycle, lowered hardware and migration disruption (voice users were unaffected by an ERP change), and was rolled out to four DCs with expanded receiving, replenishment and picking workflows.
