Connect Distribution, a U.K. retail and e‑commerce specialist in domestic appliances operating more than 200 websites and processing 180,000 orders per month, needed to speed up and accurately fulfill high volumes of e‑commerce orders while meeting next‑day SLAs. To improve productivity, accuracy, labour management and to combine individual order labelling with picking, Connect Distribution partnered with Körber AG and chose Körber AG’s VoiceMan voice solution while retaining its legacy WMS.

The solution paid back within 12 months and delivered measurable gains: a 76% increase in accuracy, annual productivity improvements of 25–40% in year one, and an 85% productivity uplift over the old manual system in year two, leading to better customer service and faster fulfilment.
