To replace manual processes and handle high SKU volumes while meeting sustainability targets, Adore partnered with Körber AG to implement a scalable Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Körber AG deployed its customizable WMS—integrated with Cubiscan and RF scanning—to automatically choose smaller, right‑sized boxes, remove paper pick slips and invoices, and streamline picking. The solution delivered measurable impact: annual savings of 26,093 kilos of cardboard and 1,263 reams of A4 paper, faster, more accurate operations, and ongoing flexibility with Körber AG support for future upgrades.
