GenesisCare, a global leader in private cancer care and treatment, partnered with Koozai to improve online visibility, restructure its Google Ads account, and increase web form leads. The challenge was to better promote its radiotherapy services, maximise conversion efficiency, and make sure ad targeting and messaging supported its wider growth goals.
Koozai rebuilt the AdWords account from just four campaigns to 68, introduced a location-based targeting strategy around treatment centres, and overhauled ad copy and extensions to improve relevance. The result was a 122% year-on-year increase in conversions, a 54% reduction in cost per conversion, and an 83% increase in clicks, with the account also reaching a 10% CTR.
