Hyatt partnered with Konverse to address the lack of a centralized digital workplace across its Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels, where distributed staff struggled to communicate, track tasks and work orders, and stay organized. The challenge affected daily coordination for frontline teams from the front desk to housekeeping and engineering.
Konverse launched a centralized digital workplace that included custom task management, frontline chat, a knowledge base, top-down announcements, and employee recognition, along with integration with Back Office Board on in-room touch screen TVs and mobile devices. The solution improved collaboration and service delivery across Hyatt’s hotels globally, and Hyatt has saved more than $1 million in licensing costs while remaining a Konverse customer for 7+ years.
