Konverse helped them launch MetroNet in just 2 months to provide a centralized digital workplace for agent communication, e-learning, event management, document storage, portal/intranet access, and help desk support.
With Konverse, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers also rolled out the Metro Challenge, a company-wide broadcast video program that used video hosting and Discussion Rooms to share market updates, new tools, guest speakers, and agent success stories. The result was a simpler and more affordable tech stack, stronger engagement strategies, and a closer agent community, with leadership crediting Konverse for helping build company culture.
