To support physicians, their staff, and patients, PatientSERV partnered with Konverge Digital Solutions to build the PatientSERV Uninsured Billing Suite, a cost-effective, easy-to-use platform for managing uninsured billing.

Konverge Digital Solutions implemented a comprehensive single-transaction billing system that lets doctors focus on patient care while giving patients a portal to review and access their transactions. The solution improved transparency and ease of access, and helped PatientSERV bring the offering to market in a timely, cost-effective way; however, no specific numerical results were provided in the case study.
