Bosch, a global technology leader, needed to speed up its slow, manual RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, which involved teams across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and product management around the world. Bosch worked with Konverge Digital Solutions to review and improve the workflow so it could respond to customer RFQs faster and more accurately to help win more business.
Konverge Digital Solutions redesigned the RFQ process and built a web-enabled application to improve collaboration across Bosch’s global plants and offices, using an open architecture to support future automation and information flow between departments. The result was a drop in RFQ response time from 30 days to 6 days, along with a higher close rate and lower cost per quotation.
