Green Pastures Society Network (GPSN), a non-profit that helps low-income families access government financial benefits and support, needed a faster way to screen prospective clients. Konverge Digital Solutions automated the screening workflow with a custom web app that captured interview answers instantly, routed them to head office for review, and tracked KPIs and questionnaire responses. The result was a dramatic reduction in screening time from 3 hours to 20 minutes per client, saving about 90% of processing time and allowing non-technical staff to administer the service. GPSN has used the solution for two years and plans to scale to thousands of locations across Ontario.
