Using theoretical analysis and trusted databases such as USDA, CNF, and McCance and Widdowson’s, the solution complies with FDA and CFIA requirements. The result was a dramatic improvement in efficiency: nutrition analysis time dropped from weeks to minutes, with cost savings of up to 97%.
