Konica Minolta's DMS solution digitally archived documents and integrated seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Office programs. The results were highly successful: over 780,000 documents were administered, internal workflows were optimized enabling simultaneous file access, and customer service improved dramatically.
