GasNet modernizes print management for 310 devices with Konica Minolta

GasNet, a natural gas distributor responsible for the Czech Republic's largest gas network, was formed in 2019 and sought to build a modern, agile IT infrastructure. Their challenge was to create a new, optimized print infrastructure that would bring transparency and control to their nationwide organization. To address this, they engaged vendor Konica Minolta to implement its Dispatcher Paragon print management software.

Konica Minolta designed and implemented a solution using Dispatcher Paragon to manage GasNet's entire fleet of 310 printers and MFPs. The implementation provided GasNet with full transparency of printing activities through detailed reporting, enabling cost assignment and optimization. This allowed the company to control costs and drive greater efficiency, such as by shifting print jobs to more economical devices. The successful partnership with Konica Minolta provided GasNet with a bundled hardware and software solution from a single supplier.
