Hexagon, Platform Solutions, part of Hexagon’s Xalt industrial IoT and mobile app platform business, needed to improve connect rates, increase sales productivity, and shift reps away from time-consuming manual dialing. As a longtime customer looking for a new sales engagement platform, Hexagon turned to Koncert to help its team spend more time selling and less time entering data.
Koncert implemented its Advanced Dialer Stack, including ClickDialer, PersonalDialer, and TeamDialer, along with Salesforce integration and recording features. The results were strong: Hexagon increased pipeline generation from qualified lead to pipeline from 14% to 24% in nine months, tripled calling volume, and reduced a three-day dialing effort to one day. The company also reported about five times more quality conversations, 80% of new customer pipeline sourced from sales development, and better sales rep retention.
