Influitive, a Toronto-based leader in customer marketing and advocacy software, faced an unscalable, fragmented approach to competitive and market intelligence as its market and competitor set grew. After evaluating three options, Influitive chose Kompyte’s competitive intelligence platform for its automation, ease of use, integrations, customer success, and competitive pricing to centralize and streamline competitor data for Sales and Product teams.
Kompyte was implemented to aggregate and automate monitoring, integrate with Influitive’s tech stack (Chrome Extension, Slack, Salesforce), and support onboarding and tagging via its Customer Success team. The result: a large, accessible library of competitive insights, fuller Battlecards and more accurate firmographics, and the ability to run two-way Salesforce win/loss analyses (including win/loss rates, deals won and lost, and deal size)—all contributing to higher win rates and better-informed product roadmap decisions.
