The company’s challenge was to better engage healthcare professionals at the right moment in the treatment journey and determine if timely outreach could improve enrollment outcomes.
Komodo Health implemented its Pulse SaaS solution, using the Healthcare Map to identify HCPs treating de-identified patients and trigger targeted emails, banner ads, and sales interactions. In the pilot, Pulse-driven email CTR reached 2.3% versus a 0.6% benchmark, banner ads hit 0.65% versus 0.10%, and enrollment increased 14% in the test group; sales outreach timed to treatment decisions was 2.2x more likely to enroll a patient, contributing to a reported ~47% net lift in patient enrollment.
