Kommo was used as the CRM for partner relationship management, along with RingCentral SMS, to support the program.
Kommo helped amoCRM automate SMS follow-ups with Salesbot, organize partner stages, and keep human support available when needed. The result was a much faster certification process and stronger conversion: within 3 months, the team doubled certified partners and increased response rates by 34%.
