How Kollective helps Orange’s new CEO shine on the global stage

Orange, a global telecommunications leader serving 287 million customers, faced major delivery failures during early live broadcasts for its new CEO and needed a reliable, scalable solution to reach employees in 70+ countries, in multiple languages, without overhauling its front-end platforms. To meet this challenge Orange selected Kollective and its Enterprise Video Experience and Assurance Platform to provide observability, analytics and optimization for large-scale video events.

Kollective implemented a comprehensive video delivery strategy—advanced optimization tools, seamless platform configurations and four custom integrations—to ensure flawless CEO Townhalls. In March 2024 the solution streamed to 511 locations, reached 70+ countries, delivered >44K unique employee views (44,824) with ~44.8K reporting Excellent QoE, and achieved over 90% bandwidth savings, demonstrating Kollective’s measurable impact on reliability, engagement and network efficiency.
