Boys Town, a century-old non-profit serving over 2 million people annually, struggled with fragmented contract lifecycle management across three divisions, 13 contract types, 25 conditional workflows, required nightly ERP integrations, and strict multi-layer security needs. To centralize and secure their CLM, Boys Town engaged Koho Software as an Agiloft implementation partner to evaluate and deploy a tailored Agiloft CLM solution.

Koho Software implemented a customized Agiloft CLM with multiple tables and workflows, seven nightly ERP imports, and a nightly encryption/decryption script to meet Boys Town’s security and integration requirements. In six months the solution captured over 850 contracts, produced 40+ reports, standardized processes across divisions (including 25 workflow approvals), improved inter-enterprise communication, and was extended to new use cases such as a custom audit application—delivered with Koho Software’s implementation, training, and support.
