Payments Provider Gets Fast Payback on Digital

CSFi is a global payments provider (electronic payment authorization and transaction switching) that struggled with scattered, duplicated and stale data across Excel, Word, Access and SharePoint, plus an expensive, inflexible hosted support system (RightNow). Facing difficult change management, limited customization and rising costs, CSFi engaged Koho Software to deploy an in-house Agiloft-based contract and business automation solution to replace their hosted support and consolidate disparate data sources.

Koho Software implemented Agiloft modules for customer support, CRM/sales automation, contract and project management, and change management, customizing pre‑configured applications without coding. The result was immediate cost savings (the Agiloft purchase cost less than one year of RightNow hosting), faster response for tier‑one customers via automated texts/emails, unified reporting and a single knowledgebase, backup/reinstall capability in about 90 minutes, and automated license‑renewal alerts—driving improved efficiency and increased sales opportunities for CSFi.
