FlexCareers modernizes its platform for 210,000 users with Kodius

FlexCareers, an HR-tech platform connecting parents with flexible employers, faced a challenge after launching their successful marketplace. With a rapidly growing user base and no dedicated engineering team, they needed a partner to take over, modernize, and maintain their live Ruby on Rails application. They selected Kodius to assume full ownership of the platform.

Kodius took over the platform's day-to-day running and executed a full modernization without a rebuild. Their work included migrating the infrastructure to AWS, launching a new searchable candidate database, and extensive UI/UX optimization. As a result, Kodius improved the platform's capacity from 18,000 to 210,000 users, supporting over 3,500 registered employers and 2,500 daily job postings for FlexCareers while ensuring high responsiveness and data protection.
