Kodak Alaris, in collaboration with CopiandoNet, provided a solution using KODAK i4250 scanners and KODAK Capture Pro software to meet this need.

Kodak Alaris implemented three capture islands equipped with its production scanners and software to digitize the fragile documents at high speed and with excellent quality. The solution ensured the physical integrity of the originals and guaranteed data security. As a result, the institution integrated the entire archive into its digital repository, significantly shortening user consultation times and providing immediate, multi-user access to optimize decision-making.
