Veritas Group, a company specializing in elderly care in Germany, faced a challenge in collecting essential survey data from its caregivers. The existing web survey had a low completion rate, forcing recruiters to spend over 80 hours per month on time-consuming phone interviews. Partnering with vendor KODA, they sought to automate this process to free up recruiters for other tasks.
