Kocho worked with a leading financial services provider, a major UK insurer with more than 5 million customers, to modernize and secure its customer access experience. The insurer needed to unify logins across multiple insurance and financial products, reduce password-related support issues, and protect customer data in a mobile, digital-first world.
Kocho implemented Microsoft Azure AD B2C, integrating it with the insurer’s existing identity processes, front-end website, and on-premises Active Directory. The solution delivered seamless single sign-on, self-service password reset, social login options, branded user journeys, and stronger cloud-based credential protection, while Kocho also provided managed support and hyper-care. As a result, the insurer improved customer experience, reduced helpdesk pressure, and strengthened security with access to Azure’s compromised-credential intelligence and GDPR-compliant identity management.
