Kocho worked with a large international health insurance and healthcare group founded in the UK in 1948, with 84,000 employees and more than 38 million customers worldwide. The company needed to assess the security posture of 11 business divisions before enabling Microsoft Teams cross-tenant collaboration, while keeping sensitive medical and financial data secure and compliant.

Kocho delivered its Security Posture Assessment service, tailoring it to the client’s compliance requirements based on CIS benchmarks with additional controls. Over nine months, Kocho assessed all 11 Teams tenants, identified gaps and remediation steps, improved visibility across divisions, and helped the client establish a consistent security standard so approved teams could collaborate securely and compliantly.
