Using Microsoft Azure alongside Office 365, Kocho’s IP, Terraform, Ansible, and custom code, Kocho created an automated identity and access platform that streamlined broker registration, claims processing, and secure sign-on. The result was 24/7 access for 25,000 brokers, fully compliant operations, improved efficiency through intelligent automation, and ongoing support and monitoring as demand continues to grow.
