Kocho worked with a leading international healthcare group that needed to modernize HR and identity management across a large global workforce. The organization had multiple HR systems, several Active Directories, and inconsistent joiner-leaver-mover processes, and wanted to use Workday HCM as the single source of truth for identities while supporting both wired and unwired users.

Kocho helped deploy and integrate Workday with ServiceNow, Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, and Azure AD, including data migration, identity synchronization, and custom JML workflows. The solution enabled secure provisioning, single sign-on, Workday self-service, and bespoke auditing and reporting, helping the client streamline HR processes and improve access governance across more than 78,000 employees.
