Kocho worked with a leading global insurance firm that employs more than 100,000 staff across 60 countries. The company needed to replace its unsupported DirSync/Forefront Identity Manager connector before Microsoft ended support, to avoid disruption to identity synchronisation and cloud access.
Kocho implemented Azure AD Connect as the upgrade path, adding capabilities such as password writeback, device writeback, and group writeback while keeping Office 365 access seamless. The project was completed with minimal disruption, improved security and self-service features, and created a scalable foundation for future directory synchronisation and broader digital transformation.
