BDO, an international accountancy and advisory network, needed to unify its systems after merging with PKF while keeping disruption to a minimum. Kocho designed a staged migration and coexistence plan, using Exchange and Outlook integration connectors to bring both organisations onto a single messaging platform and integrate third-party applications with the document management system. The result was a seamless unified communications environment, better support for growth, and annual savings of about £1.5 million through reduced filing and duplicate systems.
