Kocho helped Europa Capital, a global real estate investment firm headquartered in London, respond to an urgent need to move its on-premises infrastructure into the cloud in less than four months. The project was driven by an office and infrastructure change, with the goal of giving employees the same experience and security whether they were working in the office or remotely, while supporting an existing broader transformation roadmap.

Kocho migrated Europa Capital’s personal drives to OneDrive and shared department files to SharePoint, configured automatic mapping for quick access and better performance, and secured the environment so data could not be shared to non-corporate devices. Kocho also provided change and adoption support, plus ongoing managed services. The core migration was completed in less than a month, helped Europa decommission redundant file servers, and enabled the move to new offices with a vastly reduced networking footprint.
