Shawarmer, a popular quick-service restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia, wanted to better understand which marketing campaigns were driving app installs, engagement, and sales across its mobile app. The company lacked a unified source of app analytics and campaign attribution across media partners, making it difficult to clearly attribute sales and optimize performance.
To solve this, Shawarmer implemented Kochava’s measurement and attribution platform for Android and iOS, integrating paid media partners and using SmartLinks and QR codes to track owned media as well. With Kochava, Shawarmer measured more than 400K monthly active users, attributed over 16% of sales as incremental, and achieved 32.5% incremental year-over-year app sales growth.
