A top food and drink delivery service worked with Kochava to measure the impact of an out-of-home campaign run with a leading outdoor advertising company. The customer wanted to increase in-app order revenue and understand whether billboards across major southeastern U.S. DMAs were driving incremental lift.
Kochava used Kochava Foundry and MediaLift to onboard billboard exposure data, match exposed devices to app transactions, and compare results against a modeled forensic control group. Kochava analyzed more than 740,000 billboard exposures and 200,000+ devices, finding a 31% lift in first-time orders and an even greater lift in repeat orders, while also identifying the most effective DMAs and exposure frequency for future optimization.
