Intigral, the digital entertainment subsidiary of stc Group behind stc tv and Jawwy TV, needed a way to accurately measure the impact of its paid media across a fragmented streaming landscape spanning mobile, web, and connected TV. The company wanted a single view of campaign attribution and cross-app engagement to understand what was driving user acquisition, retention, and subscription growth. Kochava was selected as the measurement and attribution platform.
Using Kochava, Intigral integrated tracking across Android, iOS, web, and smart TV apps to measure installs, free trials, paid subscriptions, and viewership events, while also unifying campaign reporting across media partners and properly attributing owned media through SmartLinks. With Kochava as its source of truth, Intigral tracked more than 3.8 million monthly active users and 47+ million engagement events in one month, and saw over 15% incremental user acquisition growth over 90 days, with nearly 5% attributed to owned media.
