A Kochava Case Study
Chatbooks automates the creation of photo albums on iOS and Android and needed to track users seamlessly across devices and web, attribute website activity, and evaluate the quality of partner traffic while detecting suspicious sources. To meet these needs they partnered with Kochava, leveraging Kochava IdentityLink, the Kochava Web SDK, Kochava Signals and multi‑touch attribution (influencer) reporting.
Kochava implemented IdentityLink to assign persistent customer identifiers, used the Web SDK to capture and attribute site activity, and sent postbacks via Kochava Signals into Chatbooks’ internal systems while using multi‑touch attribution reporting to evaluate partners and flag suspicious traffic. The result was seamless cross‑platform user tracking, accurate attribution and real‑time data flows to internal tools, giving Chatbooks better visibility into partner traffic quality and faster detection of fraudulent or low‑quality sources.
