McAlister’s Deli, a quick-service restaurant, wanted a better way to connect web visitors with its mobile app to drive repeat orders and improve the customer experience. The company worked with Kochava and used its deep linking technology to help bridge the gap between online ordering and in-app ordering.

Kochava implemented iOS smart banners on McAlister’s website and deep links across other pages so visitors could be sent to the App Store or Google Play if the app was not installed, or directly into the app if it was. Over 60 days, the iOS smart banner drove more than 22% of all app installs and helped generate over $2 million in in-app order revenue, while also improving conversion rates and customer loyalty.
