Mucinex Achieves 245% Boost in Website Visits by Extending DOOH Campaign to CTV

Adomni partnered with Kochava to help Mucinex, a consumer health brand, stand out during cold and flu season and drive more traffic to its website for DM 12 Hour product information and coupons. The challenge was finding a marketing mix that would build awareness while also increasing purchase intent in a highly competitive category.

Using Kochava’s Measurable Extension with Adomni’s Smart Video Everywhere network, Mucinex ran digital out-of-home (DOOH) ads and retargeted exposed audiences with 15-second connected TV (CTV) ads across Roku, Samsung, LG, and VIZIO. The campaign delivered more than 16.5 million DOOH impressions, and consumers exposed to both DOOH and CTV had a 245% higher conversion rate than those exposed to DOOH alone; repeat exposure also drove a 175% higher conversion rate.
